Estelle Davis

Chief Development Officer, Board Director – Brightwater Group

BBS in International Business & Japanese. Diploma in Corporate Governance, Accredited Thomas International, PPA.

Estelle has 19 + years’ experience working across a range of industries providing executive search and talent acquisition solutions for C-Suite, Director and Head of Function hires across the financial services, funds, insurance, payments and aviation leasing sectors working on assignments in Ireland and internationally. She has deep expertise in PCF appointments across cross functional disciplines. She has project led a number of FDI led start-ups, hiring their Executive teams. She sits on the board of Brightwater Group and was part of the director team that completed the MBO of Brightwater Group in 2018. She is a regular contributor to round table discussions across a diverse range of talent management topics, covering EVPs, D&E&I and Succession Planning and is passionate around supporting her clients and candidates in achieving the best outcome with every process. She is a mum of two and loves spending time with her family, experiencing different cultures through travel and through her work and is an avid DIY enthusiast and loves anything to do with the great outdoors.

Yvonne McNulty

Yvonne has extensive experience of 20 + years working across a range of industries providing executive search solutions in the private, public & not-for-profit sectors. Yvonne joined Brightwater Executive in September 2022 and was appointed Senior Partner in January 2024. She recruits for C-suite, Senior Management roles across Lifesciences Sector, Public Sector Academia & Not-for-profit / Association Bodies Sector. Yvonne is a Non-Executive Director and Board member of Skillnet Ireland and SOLAS and during her career has been successful in hiring exceptional talent to fill leadership and senior management positions.. Yvonne is passionate about people shining in their careers and enabling people to reach their potential. She has provided coaching support to many leaders when making career advancement choices. She is an avid Munster Rugby supporter and enjoys travel and family in her spare time.

Paul Marshall

With over 20 years’ experience in executive search and talent strategy, Paul specialises in senior leadership and executive appointments across public, private, and regulated sectors, working closely with boards and executive leadership teams to identify and appoint high-performing talent.He has delivered senior appointments and complex resourcing programmes across sectors including life sciences, energy and renewables, financial services, technology, and the public sector. Paul is known for his straightforward, relationship-led approach and for delivering thoughtful, high-quality outcomes aligned to each organisation’s goals. Before joining Brightwater Executive, Paul held senior roles with leading executive search firms and brings strong commercial and operational experience from leading growth and transformation initiatives within recruitment and talent advisory businesses. Earlier in his career, he served as a commissioned officer in the Irish Navy, where he developed a disciplined and pragmatic approach to leadership and workforce planning. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, sailing, and following Leinster and Ireland rugby.

Kayleigh McCann

Executive Researcher

BSc of Business in Management from Sligo IT in 2013. She joined Brightwater in 2015 as an associate consultant, recruiting professionals within the public practice & taxation sectors. She joined Brightwater Executive in December 2016 as an executive researcher where she works alongside the Partners across TMT, Finance, Public Sector, Financial Services, Professional Services, and Engineering & Construction sectors, supporting the research, market mapping, building out of industry insights and benchmarks and sourcing of senior management and C-suite professionals in the market. Kayleigh loves spending time with her family, friends and is an avid runner and loves to relax over a good book.

Alex Homan-Russell

Executive Researcher

BA in Economics and Master’s in strategic marketing. Alex is an experienced recruiter and executive researcher, having successfully worked for a decade in the industry. He has worked across a variety of industry sectors including TMT, Finance, Public Sector, Financial Services, Professional Services, and Engineering & Construction, recruiting across senior levels, supporting new teams builds and key strategic hires for SMEs through to multinationals and supports the research, market mapping, building out industry insights and benchmarks and sourcing of senior management and C-suite professionals in the market. Outside of work Alex spends most of his time looking after his young family, at the gym, seeing friends, gardening, and researching and investing in the crypto currency/stock markets.
