Our Story

Established in Dublin in 1998, Brightwater originally specialised in recruitment for accountancy and finance roles. We grew organically to include other specialisms in order to meet client requirements and now have 45 staff across the island of Ireland. Set up in 2011, Brightwater Executive's pure focus is on recruitment of head of function roles up to C-Suite level executives.

Over the years working alongside our clients and candidates we've experienced rapid change in our world of work, a different kind of leadership is required and a differentiation in setup of boards and management teams to stay innovative and succeed at scale is a must.

We understand that it is vital to remain at the forefront of what is important to both clients and candidates.

We strongly believe in equality and that diversity really matters. We have access to modern diverse leaders and executives who are change makers and know how to lead transformation.

Brightwater Recruitment Specialists - specialising in recruitment across Professional Services, Technical Services and Business Services.
Brightwater Executive - specialising in senior appointments at Head of Function, Director up to C-Suite levels.
Mentors Ireland - specialising in providing expert mentorship services to a range of clients across various sectors.
Alternatives - specialising in recruitment across all aspects of Marketing.
Raretec - specialising in actuarial recruitment across all levels from graduate up to board level.
